Another way we show our appreciation to flatbed drivers is by offering quarterly Safety Bonuses. System Transport pays out Safety Bonuses to every driver every single quarter. In addition to your regular pay, if you drive safely on the road you can expect some extra money in your pocket every 90 days from System Transport. Guaranteed.
Safety Badges
We take safety seriously at System Transport – the safety of our drivers, their trucks, their freight and those on the road around them. To honor our drivers, we offer a badge program to recognize drivers’ safety on the road – based on miles with current division without preventable or DOT reportable incidents.

Million Mile Drivers Program
Every year during National Truck Driver Appreciation Week we host our annual million mile awards ceremony – honoring drivers who’ve hit 1 million safe miles over the last year. A million miles is far enough to get to the moon and back twice, with enough miles still leftover to circle the earth nearly two times. The average commercial driver achieves this milestone in approximately 10 years. By contrast, the average non-commercial driver puts in almost 13,500 miles per year according to the US Department of Transportation – reaching one million miles in 74 years. And when you consider that every non-commercial driver will experience 3-4 accidents in their lifetime, to achieve 1 million safe miles is truly an amazing accomplishment for our System Transport flatbed drivers!
